Returns Policy & Procedure

This website ("website") is operated by Rebel Productions Ltd., which includes Rebel Office Furniture, and Rebel Office Supplies. This returns policy covers only orders placed through this website or via telephone.

 

14 DAY RETURNS

Goods may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery but must be in a saleable, or 'as new', condition and in the original packaging as supplied. If an item was delivered un-assembled it must be returned un-assembled with all parts included in their original packaging.

Goods can be returned for credit or refund only with the express permission of Rebel Office Furniture. Items returned without prior authorisation may be rejected and may not be refunded. Please contact us via email or telephone for instructions.

Made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

We reserve the right to levy a re-stocking and handling charge of up-to 25% (with a minimum of £40) for returned items.

Unless otherwise stated by Rebel Office Furniture, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return carriage.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If an item is faulty or broken you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. There will be no re-stocking or handling charge for faulty items and Rebel Office Furniture will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage.

We must be notified of faulty goods within 14 days of delivery.
